How to use
- Flower Essences are vibrational remedies and have no scent, but our Aromatherapy Mists smell amazing!
- You can use all the products on a daily basis, or on a “need to” basis.
- Shake gently and mist 2 – 4 sprays above head, neck and shoulders for an instant energy shift.
- Mist yourself 4 x per day (or as needed).
- Spritz your bedroom, office and car to clear the energy.
- External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
IMPORTANT:
You may feel a little worse before feeling better—this just means old emotions and stuck energy are being cleared. Stick with it! For best results, use consistently for 3–4 weeks and trust the process. 💛
