Nothing makes us happier than a happy customer. We promise to do our very best to ensure you are pleased with your purchase as well as customer experience. However, we are here to correct any mistakes that may occur along the way.

Returns & Exchange

Products are made on demand, so unfortunately all our products are non-refundable once purchased.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. 

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine defect then we will gladly resend your order.

Our sincere apologies, but no refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.

Also, no refunds will be given to customers who failed to collect their package from a Pudo locker or a Pargo pick-up point in the time window they provide.

Non-collection of Order from Pargo Point

The value of items which are returned from a Pargo point due to non-collection will be credited to your account. Unfortunately, any applied shipping charges cannot be credited – Pargo charge substantial return fees for non-collected orders.

Delivery Delays

Unforeseen circumstances like load shedding, strikes, pandemics, hijacking, or unexpected product shortages could prolong the delivery time. We are committed to keep you informed to get your order to you as soon as possible.


Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have received an item that is damaged. We will make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you.Please email or Whatsapp us a photograph of the damaged item so that we can assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. 


The provision of goods and services on our site is subject to availability. In the occasional event of item unavailability, we will contact you within 1 day to offer support with options for credit, substitution, or slightly delayed shipment. 

Cancellations & Order Edits

An order can only be cancelled or edited if payment has not yet been received.
